You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
- The item is unused and returned in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.
- The item received does not match the size you ordered.
All products purchased through our website must be returned to our Customer Services department to process a return and full refund. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in-store at this time.
